To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipSmith Group and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Liability for contracted services is governed exclusively by the relevant service contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShipSmith Group from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.
